WEEK 35: Achievement Unlocked: Mexico

 Gooood morning yall. 

This past week I said goodbhe to my companion, Elder Obando, and now I have a new companion, Elder Torres from México city! I am super excited to work hard with him this transfer. 

My comp has already taught me so much this transfer with different was to study and teach and I'm super excited to just pop of teaching with him lol. 

It was super sad to say bye to my old companion and the missionaries in my district but you just gotta, "Keep Moving Forward" yk? 

Also, Happy Star Wars Day! I'm living with another Elder from Washington who loves star wars so we just rehearsed the anakin and Obi-Wan fight like 20 times. 

Also happy anniversary to my parents! Congrats on 20 years 👏 🙌 

Other than that nothing much really happened this week. I'm training my comp in the offices and he's pretty slow but hopefully he'll pick it up soon.

4 For I know that thou wast in bonds; yea, and I also know that thou wast stoned for the word’s sake; and thou didst bear all these things with patience because the Lord was with thee; and now thou knowest that the Lord did deliver thee. 

5 And now my son, Shiblon, I would that ye should remember, that as much as ye shall put your trust in God even so much ye shall be delivered out of your trials, and your troubles, and your afflictions, and ye shall be lifted up at the last day.

One thing I've been trying to learn this week is patience, more and more patience. It's tough some times. Thinking, chuzo I still have 5 hours left of contacting? Or chuzo I still have 5 weeks in this transfer? Time flies, just live in the moment. It'll pass you before you know it.
