  This week started off like normal. A little slow, not really teaching anybody, the usual. My comp and I started making plans on how to improve the sector and we were talking about writing a song because we got permission to play guitar throughout the week.  This week was also transfer week. My comp and I didn't think much of it because we white washed the sector, which means we both started at the same time. We hopped on a call and I heard, "Elder Johnson has transfers". WHAT. How the heck do I have transfers? I was distraught, sad, angry. I didn't want to leave the sector or live with new elders and a new companion. I also had only been in my sector for 1 transfer. I eventually said bye to all the members, and packed my bags.  Transfer day. We drove to the office and I was nervous. I didn't know where I was going or who I would be put with. The way transfers work here is that the zone leaders tell you that you have transfers, but you don't find out what you...

  You are walking across a bridge. Its an old rope bridge with planks of wood to walk on. You look behind you and see the same bridge you are on now. Some parts of the bridge are nicer and some parts are worse. You look ahead of you and cant quiet make out the path in front of you. Eventually, there is wind that starts to pick up and a deep heavy mist starts to form around you. Eventually the wind becomes strong and you hold on to the rope bridge with all your might. Eventually the wood breaks from underneath you and you start to fall. flailing helplessly in the wind, not being able to see because of the darkness. You start to give up. "I will never get back to the path I was on. I'm not strong enough, I don't have the strength to keep going." Eventually the winds cease and the darkness unfolds.   Good morning everyone! I hope you are all doing well.  First off, I wanted to say thank you to everyone that send me birthday wishes this past week, I wasn't able to respond to all of them, but I did read them and I love you all ❤️‍🔥🫶 This week was super super good. We were finally able to complete all of our goals for the week which was super good. We have a couple new people in teaching as well! We contacted this one guy playing guitar, He let me play and it was super fun. We don't know if he is more interested in playing guitar with us or listening to our message but we will see this week.  This week has been more tough mentally for me. We wake up, study, teach, and sleep and I feel as if the days are repeating with walking around for hours and not finding people to teach. What's up everyone, I hope y'all had another great week.  First off, This week went by SUPER fast. I had 3 exchanges this week. 1 with an Elder from Bolivia, and 2 With elders from the good ol' USA. The exchanges were super fun, and a nice change of pace.  Sunday was super cool as well. There is a kid in our ward who leaves for the MTC today so last night our whole ward got together and I played, "I am a child of god" on my guitar for the ward and it was pretty sick.  Today is kinda sick as well because its my birthday! I am so glad to have spent 6 months of my time as an 18 year old as a missionary. I cannot tell you how cool it is to just go out and talk about Christ everyday and truly focus on him.   What's up, I hope everyone had a good week this week.  First off, we had a zone conference this past Tuesday and it was super cool. We listened to talks from the APs, Zone Leaders, and president and his wife. We also had lunch and I got to talk with some of the boys from the mission. It was sick. I also got a picture with the other 2 elder Johnsons in the mission.  I also hit 6 months on the mission! Honestly its kinda crazy how fast the time has gone by, but I'm super grateful for all the people I've met and all the places I've been while on my mission.  After that, this week just flew by.
